DFTS Test stop, Lab manager absorb • Current role of team is to provide Timing and Synchronisation design plus DFTS test and Lab Management • Current organisation is 6FTE • Proposed role of team is to do Timing and Synch Design but stop DFTS test and use Monteray for Lab Management • Proposed organisation is 5FTE • 1FTE move to BTTC on 3/8/12
