State of DepartmentCommitment to Excellence Cropping systems Agronomist: 70% research and 30% extension *based in Tifton, focused on peanut rotations and nutrition Fertility calibration: staff position, cost shared, located at Tifton Invasive plants—Research scientist, Griffin Water quality/pesticide fate—70% research and 30% teaching *teaching funding from Griffin, split appointment with Bio. And Ag. Engineering Land-use: GIS/GPS, extension, Athens Bio-informatics: research, Athens

Combination of above two sources with some reduction in graduate assistantships
