Form A-1(AF), Respondent must set forth adjustment factors to the PPA Price in the initial year of the PPA Price for both interest rate change and Project Development Cost change
Form A-1(CF), Respondent must set forth an adjustment factor for Project Development Cost change
Interest rates for the Series 2010 Bonds (estimated at 3.37% for RFP)
Project Development Cost (presently estimated at $750,000)
Total Project Costs will not be locked in until the sale date of such Series 2010 Bonds (Anticipated on or about November 30, 2010).
Interest cost and Project Development Cost may increase or decrease, Respondent required to provide an adjustment factor.
PPA Price shall be increased or decreased by such adjustment factor.
Respondent held harmless from any increase
