  2. What is ASB ? Antisocial behaviour is any aggressive, intimidating or destructive activity that damages or destroys another person's quality of life. e.g - group of youths, noise, parking, dogs barking, vehicles displaying, mini scooters, boundary disputes, overhanging tree branches, refuse bin locations.... In short, everything can be ASB !!!!!!!!!!!

  3. This is why we need a RISK assessment....

  4. And consider offences related to ASB...

  5. What happens behind the scenes? • Stop check details and/or CRI sent to ASB Team (Michelle). • Liaison with partner agencies e.g.: • Local Authority (RBWM) • Social housing • Noise nuisance • Social and Support Services • Schools • Youth Offending Team • Drug & Alcohol Team

  7. BEWARE “ONGOING DISPUTES” • When a dispute is “ongoing”, you will need: • Matrix • Crime Report (CRI for ASB) • Offender Details • Witnesses • Evidence • Link in any criminal offences

  8. What will we do with the information? • Warnings • Acceptable Behaviour Contracts • Injunctions • Housing Action • Anti-Social Behaviour Orders • Public Meetings • Licensing Action
