  5. Dues Advance and Dues Update Dues Advance • If your Affiliate is requesting a dues advance, please have only one member of your state or local board complete the dues advance request form. Once you receive the email confirmation, the process is complete. The deadline to request a dues advance is July 31. Dues Update • The dues update should be completed by one representative from the state Affiliate. Please send one completed form per state to affiliate@naeyc.org by July 31.
