One of the exercises conference attendees participated in was “NPP 2007- 2013- What works?” Results of “What Works”: - Identification of success factors. - Qualities required for successful project management: 1. Strong Leadership 2. Good Communication 3. Commitment 4. Flexibility & adaptability 5. Teamwork & plan of action

Using your expertise and experiences, answer the following questions individually to create - “Person Specification”. • What experience is necessary? • What personal characteristics are needed? • What education is suitable?
