Presentation Goals • Encourage all district clubs to automate club communication and administration functions via some type of internet management tool • Encourage all clubs to fully utilize the ClubRunner Tool • Full Administration and Website • Clubrunner lite for Admin functions only • Review current status of utilization of ClubRunner among the 68 District 5790 Clubs • Provide overview of ClubRunner Capabilities • Web Page • Club Administration • Integration of data management to and from RI, District 5790 and each club • Cost of ClubRunner to clubs • Basic criteria for Websites - Ben

Public Image The Internet is a resource for your communities non Rotarians to: • Learn about Rotary • Learn about your Club • Learn about your Service Projects • Learn about your fund raisers • See your members having fun and enjoying fellowship • Websites are easily linked to Social Media and Community Newspapers • Find out about scheduled speakers • Purchase tickets for your events • More…

Automates club communication and Administration • The Internet and related computers and mobile devices are Tool to: • Improve club communication • With committee members • Newsletters • Member e-mail functions • Drive publicity for club fund raisers and projects • Promotion • Advertising • Social Media Push • Club administration • Membership records • Attendance Records • A single place to maintain club records • Member Invoicing • One source data entry for membership and leadership information sharing with the district and Rotary International

Club Internet presence is criteria one of the criteria for Club Recognition Awards • Presidential Citation • Up-to-date -club website and/or social media • District Awards • Public Image • Does your club have an up-to-date website (give the address in the Comments section below) including: * • Current Rotary Logo and Theme • Calendar of Club Events • Meeting Location with Day and Time • Membership Requirements and Forms • Speaker List • Rotary Stories (local, district and/or international) • Does your club website include an up-to-date list of Board members? * • Does your club website promote Rotary values through stories and postings? * • Does your club have an active Public Relations, Public Image, and/or Marketing Committee that keeps your "Brand" in local media or social media? * • Does all your club communication and publications use the current Rotary Logo from Rotary.org? * • Does your club have a social media presence (give links in the Comments section below)? * • Does your club use its website and social media accounts to promote Rotary and club events? * • Does your club publish a newsletter or bulletin at least monthly and distribute it to members and interested community contacts? *

  18. 2014 Cost of ClubRunner • Based upon size of club • < 20 members - $276/yr full, $204/yr lite • 21 to 30 members - $348/yr full, $276/yr lite • 31 to 40 members - $420/yr full, $360/yr lite • 41 to 50 members - $480/yr full, $420/yr lite • 51 to 80 members - $552/yr full, $612/yr lite • 81 to 120 members - $696/yr full, $600/yr lite • 121 to 200 members - $828/yr full, $720 lite • 201 to 300 members - $1104/yr full, $960 lite • 301 to 500 members - $1,380/yr full, $1200 lite • If you are not currently on CR there is a $199 set-up fee • Clubs can use the districts website to report membership changes and attendance without cost to the club • Saves multiple points of data entry (RI & District) but club would need to maintain its own data management process • Clubs must synchronize their data with RI

  19. ClubRunner Mobil App (CR) The CR Mobil app is a great way to communicate with fellow club members while on the go (phone, text & e-mail) Updated version in trial stages – release is soon
