Hopis Hopi mean the “peaceful ones”. What Hopis eat? When you are a Hopi you eat ; corn , beans, and squash. The men job is they have to grow the food. The women bake the bread. Then they eat their food that they eat. How the Hopis live? Hopis stay in the homes from bad weather. The Hopis sleep in together in the same room , like mom , dad , and the kids. Their shelter is for mainly for sleeping. The women go up and down the ladders. When the Hopis wake up they hang up their beddings. Their villages are made on high flat mesas.
