  8. General Findings Teachers throughout the countries visited are committed and enthusiastic. They show great pride in their schools and the work they do with students. There is a strong desire to improve learning outcomes for all children in all schools. Excellent programs are in place for early years, beginning from 3 ½ years old. Some interesting and highly effective tracking strategies beginning to emerge from schools. Existence of additional teacher aid support in many schools.

General Findings The LEAP Program provided the opportunity to take part on valuable professional dialogue surrounding; Management and Leadership ideas and issues Innovation – in everything from programming to the use of ICT Similarities and differences between schools, regions and countries and their educational perspectives Budgets Effective Numeracy and Literacy strategies, and Data tracking strategies
