Challenges • Recruit New Volunteers to serve on the Executive Committee • Refresh Our Membership with New Members & Volunteers
Lessons Learned • Difficulty in Recruiting Volunteers to Serve on the Executive Committee • Difficulty of Successfully Restarting a Student Chapter after a Lapse in Activity.
Goals for Next Year • To Recruit 2 Candidates for each Position on the Executive Committee • Recruit More Members into the Cedar Rapids Section - ³7%.
Region 4 Could Most Help My Section By… • Supplying Practical Techniques for Developing Volunteers into Candidates for the Executive Committee i.e. for Chairman, Vice-Chair, etc. • Providing Practical Methods for Developing Volunteers from among the Student Membership.
