Report Purpose Information in this report illustrates the Allocations, Budget Plans and Status of Funds from FFIS CIS 4.1 displays: The status of funds, consolidated into an all-funds-summary; comparing allocations to budget plans and obligations at the major object class level. CIS 4.2 displays: The status of funds, by program; comparing allocations to budget plans and obligations at the major object class level. CIS 4.3 displays: Budget plans by fund, by budget object code.
Use of Report • All program managers can get fund status without any assistance. • CIS 4.1 and 4.2 are excellent analysis reports because they compare planned FTE and $ to actual FTE and $ the prior and current year. • CIS 4.1 and 4.2 reports are the only CIS reports that report allocations. • CIS 4.3 is a quick way to view the budget, by program, and in total.
