  3. Brontek’s Technology Pertains to Equipment (Machines) used to Process Silicon Wafers. The resulting silicon chips are used in computer and a broad range of consumer and defense electronics.

  4. The Window of Opportunity • A window of opportunity is presented soon as most fabs change from 8” to 12” wafer standard and replace capital equipment. • The new technology is more favorable to the larger wafer (more control and uniformity made possible, single exposure of entire wafer). • Intel and IBM are already preparing their first 12” (300mm) wafer processing fab. A number of such fabs under construction in the Pacific Rim. Every fab expected to cost $3-4B.

  5. Company Assets • Patent pending for application to chip manufacturing. • Exclusive license of the base technology for this field. • Expertise within the company on current state of the base technology and needed development • Credibility due to recognition of principals in the technical fields involved. • Existing military optics contract with probable success and extension. • Strong record of success of principals in generating and executing federal contracts.
