  3. МАA-4К Multi-Channel Amplitude Analyzer with Si-pin X-ray detector BDER-11KI Unit МАA-4К is made as one-module instrument, which is a spectrometric transducer-amplifier provided with the functions of superposition rejection and basic level restoration, featuring peak detector functions, those of a precision ADC complete with buffer memory and availability of transmitting the digital code to a PC, and including X-ray detector high-voltage power supply. All this resulted in a compact, functionally complete, instrument for X-ray analysis. • 4k data channels; Conversion time < 3 s; • Sliding-scale linearization; Differential nonlinearity <+-0.7%; • Integral nonlinearity <+-0.5%; Gain stability <+- 50ppm/ C; • Zero drift < +-10ppm/ C.

  4. X-RAY DETECTION UNIT BDER-KI-11K • MAIN FEATURES • High energy resolution; • Brilliant background characteristics; • Small dimensions and weight; • Free from liquid nitrogen; • Random spatial orientation. Area of Application: nuclear power industry, geology, metallurgy, ecological monitoring system, processing of secondary raw materials, customs control and forensic studies. Can be used within X-ray fluorescent analyzers for express analysis of the element composition of substances.
