WWW.TRADEKEY.COM Payment & Billing Issues | 09 Payment Problems & Solutions • If you are making payments from Western Union, please be careful about correct spellings spelling of receiver's first and last name because Payment receipts will return back to you if you did not put correct spellings. • If you had made payments by Western Union, using “MAHGOUB MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM” Account. Your payment will be seized because that Western Union Account is closed. View Slide number 6 and always make payment to correct Western Union Account. Please let us know by emailing us at support@tradekey.com or customercare@tradekey.com and we will provide you details of our old Western Union account to recollect your seized amount. • PayPal, Credit Card and Union Pay payment confirmation sources, take longer time to confirm the payments.
