WWW.TRADEKEY.COM Miscellaneous Queries (Part 2) |02 • I cannot see my clients in my Affiliate area • Whenever a new Partner signs up, there is a hotlink (for Example: www.tradekey.com/1234567) generate to refer clients to TradeKey.com. When Partner client clicks on the hotlink, it will register automatically as Partner’s click, if client becomes free member after going through the hotlink, it will count automatically as Partner’s lead. • There is a possibility that Partner's client does not follow the hotlink and become member from TradeKey.com directly. Then it will not mentioned in Partner’s “Affiliate Area panel” . In this case, Partners has to inform TradeKey Affiliate and Partnership Department about its client and provide TnC and business certificate of the client if he/she is a premium member or TradeKey.com can ask the client directly about its referrer. If Partner’s reference is proved, client’s reference is set at Partner’s lead • 2) Is there any penalty if I am unable to achieve target? • If Partner is unable to achieve its target mentioned in TnC of Partnership, the only penalty Partner will bare is disbursement of incentive/bonus. Partner will not been able to get bonus that has decided earlier on achievement of target. • 3) What is the payment method for paying out to TradeKey Partners? • Following are the Payment methods available to paying out Partners: • Commission adjustment* • Direct deduction** • Western Union • Bank Wire Transfer • Payment by Check • (* Client’s commission can be adjusted from Partner’s account if partner has at least $500 in its account as minimum balance) • (** Direct deduction option is available only on GoldKey upgrades and Partner should have minimum balance of $100 as minimum balance in its account to deduct commission directly from payments) Affiliate & Partnership Department Affiliate and Partnership Department

WWW.TRADEKEY.COM Miscellaneous Queries (Part 2) |03 • 4) What minimum balance is required for payout? • In Partner’s account a minimum balance of $100 should be remained when he/she ask for payment through any payment mode. • 5) What is the difference between Existing Free members and new members? • For Partners, Existing Free members are those who became free members before the registration of Partner. And new members are clients of Partners who signs up by activity of Partners or members who signs up after the registration of Partners. • 6) Can I work on existing members to become premium members? • As per Terms and conditions, Partner can work on upgrading free members into premium members but Partners cannot help in upgrading expired premium members and members who are renewing their premium memberships. • 7) What is an active member and active affiliate? • A member who post at least 2 Products, 5 sell offers and visit its profile in 5 unique days called as active member. • An affiliate who has minimum balance of $10 in his account balance, known as active affiliate. • 8) Can I still earn on clicks even when I am Partner? • Yes, Partners can also earn on clicks as there is no restrictions for Partners to work upon PPC (Pay Per Click) while working on sales generation activities Affiliate & Partnership Department Affiliate and Partnership Department

TradeKey does not appreciate copying its logo and images from its website and republishing on other websites. however Partner can request for Logos with Affiliate and Partnership department 10) Can Tradekey design customized banners and Partnership logos in my language? Yes Partners can request for new banners in English or any other languages and TradeKey will provide them customized banners plus on demand of Partners, TradeKey Affiliate and Partnership Department can design logo of Partnership.
