Editing a Presentation in Outline View • Quickest and most efficient method • Click and drag slides in the outline from one place to another • Delete numerous slides at once • Insert new text or slides at any position
Using the Spelling Checker • Identical to feature in other Office 97 applications • User’s words checked against a dictionary • If no match found, user alerted and prompted with suggestions

Saving a Presentation • File, Save As - at least the first time presentation is created and at the beginning of each session; insures file is saved where user wants it • File Save button or menu command is fine at other times
