Section 4 Grammar Present Continuous. Present Continuous : we use the present continuous when we want to talk about Now: WE ADD THE VERB TO BE ‘ am’, ‘ is’ or ‘are’ plus‘ ing endings’ to the verb. Examples: I am eating now. She is eating now. We are eating now.
