  7. Solution B Fair treatment between the employees of the two different units • Advantage: Meeting the employees’ psychological, social, and economic needs • Disadvantage: Difficult to measuring and evaluating the employee’s inputs and out puts

  12. After finishing all the phases of action plan, we will survey some employees at random in the hospital and the medical school to evaluate the first two issues and compare the number of the patients with that before the reform. CHINA HI-TECH GROUP

  13. If over 70 percent of the persons being questioned chooses “Yes” more than 4 times, we can say the hostility between the two parts has been eliminated and the motivation measures are effective. If the left patients come back, and the roster of residents applying to the service rises, the above actions were proved positive. CHINA HI-TECH GROUP
