After finishing all the phases of action plan, we will survey some employees at random in the hospital and the medical school to evaluate the first two issues and compare the number of the patients with that before the reform. CHINA HI-TECH GROUP
If over 70 percent of the persons being questioned chooses “Yes” more than 4 times, we can say the hostility between the two parts has been eliminated and the motivation measures are effective.
