Notification of 2012 PCSC AGM From: Park City Soccer Club Sent: Thurs 3/1/12 6:23 PM ***PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS*** The Annual General Meeting for the Park City Soccer Club has been scheduled for 5:30 pm onThursday, March 29th, 2012 at the Trailside Park Offices (Conference Room). Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting. For matters requiring a vote, i.e. Board Member election, changes in Bylaws, etc., each affiliated Club team (i.e. GU-11, BU-14 etc.) must have in attendance TWO Team Representatives. These representatives shall serve a one-year term and can either be elected by their respected team’s members (1 vote per team player) or appointed by the Team Manager in the event no team representatives are elected. The Team Manager(**IMPORTANT**) is then required to register the elected or appointed Team Representatives with the Club Secretary (Paul Baniewicz – pcbani@comcast.net) at least 72 hours in advance (by 5:30 pm on Monday, March 26th, 2012) of the AGM meeting. If Team Representatives are NOT registered in a timely manner, the affiliated team shall forfeit their participatory votes. If you wish to have a say in voting matters concerning your child, your team, and the Park City Soccer Club, please notify your team manager and plan on attending the AGM on March 29th. Uniforms --All programs will receive new uniforms from Adidas through Soccer International in SLC --Individual uniform pieces are available for re- order through Soccer International --All teams need to purchase full uniform kits to include warm-ups and backpacks[current Adidas backpacks may be used] --2 year uniform cycle per contract with Adidas --$250 - $300 estimated pricing
Tournaments --Tournament Play is at the discretion of each individual Coach and Coaching Director. --Teams should anticipate playing in the PC Extreme Cup plus a few more tournaments throughout the year. --Tournament fees and travel expenses for other than our PC Extreme Cup are additional and not included in club program fees.
