2. Plan Requirements • To receive entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Modesto is required to develop a plan that describes activities for these funds in the upcoming fiscal year. • Activities must be: • consistent with HUD guidelines, and • developed in consultation with the community • Public meetings are being held in April 2013
