  6. Brown Envelope: • Add Payment option A or B • Indicate Changes • Add the name and SPC if you need one Gr 9-12 • Sign Quote • Matric Farewell

  7. SPC Only hand in after completing a Grade.

  8. SPC / Order forms Make sure you have the correct forms etc.

  9. ScoreKeys Old and new Paces Some people might have old stock Paces and some new ones – please make sure you have the correct scorekey. State which addition Pace you have.

  10. ScoreKeys If you receive copied score keys please return it in the plastic sleeve and in the correct order.

  11. LO CASSGr10-12 Please hand in the original Cass forms for Grade 10-12 for Graduation certificate.

  12. Moderation (Grade 10-12) Please make sure all Paces for the grade are completed and handed in with Jenny for moderation.

  13. Permanent Records: • If Jenny asks for information; Photos or copies of ID’s etc. Please respond asap to keep the records up to date.

  23. Academic Projection: Grade 9 - Subject Choice 2. Please make an appointment with Ronél to sign the forms 3. If any subject changes has been made a new AP should be signed.

  24. SkillsPro: Thank you for the parent support with computer classes as well as the hard work of the students. There are an overall major improvement.
