Scenario • Give it Away is outsourcing marketing of merchandise to Individual Advertisement Company • Widener team to work with UdS to build cross functional websites, develop eBusiness scenario, legal contract, and information technology implementation plan. • Widener team to individually develop EPC diagrams supporting eBusiness scenario.

  4. Milestone 2 and 3 • May 26th Adobe Connect session with German team • Communication decided – Skype, Adobe, forum and Dropbox. Skype session every Saturday 9AM EST. • Discuss Legal Affairs • Discuss invoice handling • Begin work on eBusiness scenario • map 5 interfaces • Discuss complaint management • Return percentages • eBusiness scenario posted to shared ARIS server

  5. Milestone 2 and 3 • eBusiness scenario decided • EPC diagrams started and posted to shared ARIS server • Finalize product return/refund procedure • Begin interoperability contract negotiation • Invoice and quote documents drafted • Draft of GIA website posted

Milestone 4 • June 2nd Adobe Connect session with German team • June 3rd Skype meeting with US team only • eBusiness scenario finalized and published. • EPC diagrams continue to be revised. • Revised draft of GIA website posted • GIA logo created • Contract drafted • Taxes discussed, only applicable when shipping to PA

Milestone 5 • June 9th Adobe Connect with German Team • June 10th Skype with US team only • EPC diagrams completed • Service and Interoperability contract further discussed • Scope of services • Database design • Order processing • Return contract obligations/complaint management • Revised draft of GIA website posted • Product offering decided • Draft of Invocie and Quote documents

  8. Milestone 6 • June 16th Skype with German team • Implementation plan design started • Service contract completed and posted on Widener forum and dropbox • EPC diagrams completed and posted on ARIS server

Conclusion – Lessons Learned • Draft EPC diagrams prior to finalizing eBusiness Scenario • Dropbox does not do versioning • Organize shared files better • Time zone difference not detrimental to collaboration • IT background useful for IT Implementation plan • Microsoft Frontpage no longer a viable program for web development
