  1. Xenia Rotary Club Club Survey Results

  2. What are the two most important reasons you became a Rotarian? Give back through community service Business relationships/networking

  3. What would motivate members to participate more on committees or projects? • New and local projects that are relevant to members and local needs • Being challenged by leadership • Board leading and motivating the club members

  4. If not, what is missing? • Projects that entice members to participate • Personal contact with those we serve and assist • Making sure we have the right projects for our club

  5. What is the biggest challenge the club is facing? • Growing membership • Attracting the younger generation • Membership participation beyond giving money • Relevant community service projects • Networking and fellowship at club meetings [folks seem to sit in the same seat too often]

  6. Next steps • Board members are going to digest the survey results • Circle back to club for additional creative thinking • Absorb ideas from such and make decisions • Report to club the changes and any decisions made • Start implementing the changes and ideas • Need the board and membership engaged in the entire process
