Membership • 100-120 members by 2018 • Involve all members in service projects and committees • Ensure membership familiar with club vision, mission, and values
Club Administration • Best speaker programs in West Knoxville • Produce weekly video of meetings for website, social media, etc. • Produce slide show of club projects and activities at sign in desk
Community Service • Rotary symbols on highway signage • Enhance presence at Flu Shot Sat. • Read to elementary school students • Backpacks for Ball Camp students • Sponsor local sports programs • Support fundraising for community park or Community Center
New Generations/Youth Service • Scholarship endowment • Interact/Rotaract support Habitat house build • FRC/Interact/Rotaract participate in more joint club projects • Scholarships for summer camps • Interact president attends quarterly Board meeting • Hardin Valley HS Interact club • Mentoring program for students

Public Relations • Club PSAs on local radio/TV • Produce posters advertising Flu Shot Sat. • Publicize Oktoberfest • Make Rotary symbols more prominent in community
