How it works • Log in • New user: click to register and follow the instructions • Existing user: type email address and password Start new session/View session Sessions can be saved and accessed later if needed Your sessions are only be accessible from your profile • Follow process flow • The tool will guide you through a series of questions, that change depending on your previous answers • A flow diagram decision tree is created accordingly

The process • 13 Step process • Country were you plan to launch the solution • Type of solution (Hot, Cold/Ambient, Hot&Cold) • Source of water (Tap, Bottled) • Previous treatments conducted by the opertor • Water hardness • Descaling procedures • Turbidity • Off-flavours • Maximum flow and process • Volume • Replacement frequency • Water safety • Select supplier • OUTPUT The Hint button will guide you through the process Calculation tools will help you transform volume and hardness units
