UPC: 0 82242 464031 The Influence of San Bernabe The influence of San Bernabe Vineyard can be tasted in every sip of Fog Head wine. With daytime temperatures comparable to Napa, San Bernabe relies on fog that blows in from the Monterey Bay to significantly lower temperatures during the evening and morning hours which allows the fruit to have a long hang time with a low pH and higher acidity.
