  2. WHY DO WE HAVE GOALS? To give members something to strive for To encourage growth To provide direction and success To show that every single member is a GOLDEN leader!

  3. SOME GOLDEN FACTS! Gold is precious and increases in value over time Gold is one of the noble metals Gold is a rare metal Gold is diverse. It comes in many forms, shapes, and sizes An ounce of gold can be stretched over 50 miles

  4. CNH is an ohana of GOLDEN leaders!

  5. OUR GOLDEN GOALS As ONE district, our aim is 46,000 members. As divisions, we want to work towards contributing to a goal of $150,000 for PTP. As clubs we want to come together to serve 1,000,000 hours of service. And as individual members, we each want to save 3 lives from MNT. Together, this will being us to one GOLDEN year.

  6. REACHING THESE GOALS BY 2014 Accurate MRFs from the clubs and division Lead by example Have you reached your 50 hours yet? Take advantage of the summer! Encourage the members you serve by sharing the district goals! Emphasize that all members are leaders!

  7. CNH COMMITMENT: $500,000 for Project Eliminate by 2015

  8. WHAT IS OUR VISION? What is the legacy you wish for our team to leave CNH Key Club with this year? Where do you see our district in 2 years? 5 years?

  9. STRATEGIC PLANNNG Strategic Plans are developed by organizations to provide a guide for short term and long term planning Our goal: develop a strategic plan …and so it begins!
