  5. Who do we support? • Those with low qualifications and/or skill levels • Families and carers • Older learners • Ethnic minorities In areas of greatest economic and social deprivation • LLDD • Ex Offenders From across the County

  6. 2006/2007 Targets • 7775 learners • 2% ethnicity • 13% disability • 30% older learners • 90% achievement • 90% retention
