Outcomes • Develop awareness of the roles and expectations for Instructional Mentoring in HCPSS. • Become familiar with the forms and protocols that will be used to support first year teachers. • Receive an overview of the long-range plan for support and training of DOI staff in Instructional Mentoring.
Format • Meet assigned new teacher in Aug/Sept. • Make 4 classroom visits over the year • Pre & post visit conversations
