Purpose of TIP Assist entry-level teachers (ELTs) of high school agriculture become efficacious, effective, & successful!
Objectives of TIP • Facilitate monthly professional development • Address beginning teacher problems • Provide psychosocial support • Acceptance, counsel, friendship, role model, social • Provide teaching & program mgt. resources • Provide opportunity to analyze & reflect upon teaching • Influence teacher efficacy • Improve job satisfaction & teacher retention
