  4. Witteveen+Bos • ingenieursbureau, 65 jaar jong; • 950 medewerkers; 7 vestigingen in NL; • omzet circa 108 miljoen euro; • volledig in handen van de medewerkers; • ‘lastige projecten zijn leuk!’

  8. uitbesteden: contractvormen zoals D&C, E&C, Turnkey, DBFM, bouwteam, traditioneel, DBO, etc.; regelgeving, zoals UAV, UAV-GC, RvOI, SR; ontwerpmethodieken zoals Stabu en RAW. aanbesteden: regelgeving zoals ARW, BAO, BASS, Europese aanbestedingsrichtlijnen; procedures zoals openbaar, niet-openbaar, (meervoudig) onderhands, onderhandelingsprocedure; termen zoals selectie- en gunningcriteria, inschrijvingstermijnen, aanbestedingsdocument. Waar hebben we het over?

  9. uitbesteden: intern afwegingsproces; organiseren; resultaat: projectopzet; beleidsniveau; geen blauwdruk; voor start project. aanbesteden: extern selectieproces; selecteren; resultaat: transactiemoment; techniek; (zeer) veel regelgeving; onderdeel van project. Waar hebben we het over?
