PRR 385 requested changes include: • Removing detailed DLC implementation information from the Protocols and moving them into the Load Profiling Guides. • Modifying language to be consistent with the revisions made with respect to profiling ESI IDs in DLC programs. • Coinciding with revisions in Load Profiling Guides Revision Request (LPGRR 2003-001) • Minor wording changes.

  3. Load Profiling Guides Revision Request (LPGRR 2003-001): • Revision to Section 16 of the LPG. • ERCOT to process the sample data into the RIDR. • DLC ESI ID participant list without changing the profile ID. • BUL baseline calculations. • BUL restricts the DLC to congestion zone limits. • Jointly dispatched DLC programs. • Clarification of various settlement administration issues. • Allow for multiple curtailments (revision).
