AEC’09 - Topical workshop on anti e-cloud coatings that do not require activation Goals: exchange experience with production, characterization, accelerator implementation & beam performance, and review the present performance and future plans for coatings at various laboratories Workshop topics: motivation and requirements on coatings (secondary emission yields etc), future plans, production and characterization of coatings, vacuum and impedance properties, beam measurements with & w/o coatings

Some practical information • Workshop location: Monday BE Auditorium Meyrin (6- 2-024),Tuesday: 160-1-009 - Coffee breaks have been organized- Seats are reserved at the restaurant 1 at lunch time for both days (the restaurant 1 will put a notification on the table (“AEC'09”) • Dinner on Monday evening in Auberge Communal de Satigny; receipts (75 CHF) will be given to the external participants (to be used for their internal reimbursement upon their return), who shouldpay directly at the restaurant; • departure 19:15 in front of restaurant 1?! -Certificate of workshop attendance available on request from MeretheOlafsen-Morer
