  6. Things you can try… 1. Reboot the Computer 2. Check your proxy settings 3. Can you open *other* sites ? 4. Try an alternative browser 5. Open the site on your mobile 6. Phone the Helpdesk 7. Use your mobile as a modem

  7. The site is so slow… 1. Check the traffic graphs ! 2. Congestion - Insufficient bandwidth ? 3. Routing problems ? 4. Poorly configured Q.o.S. ? 5. Overloaded Caches ? 6. Firewall unable to cope ? 7. No acceptable use policy ?

  8. The site bombs out midway… 1. Is Javascript & Active X enabled ? 2. Is a virus scanner enabled ? 3. Is the required Plug-Ins installed ? 4. Is your Browser the latest version ? 5. Have you verified the URL ? 6. Have you cleared the Cache ? 7. Have you cleared the Browser History ?
