Example Forecast • Forecast for Today: Mostly Cloudy, with a few breaks in the clouds this afternoon. The partial clearing should allow for sufficient heating this afternoon to trigger continued showers and thunderstorms across the area. Winds this afternoon and into the evening should remain southerly from 2-7 m/s, with periods of 8-16 m/s and some higher gusts associated with thunderstorm activity. Most of the thunderstorm activity should dissipate by 2 to 3 am. Afternoon high, 84oF to 87oF
