ASSESSMENT • Even though Casey Life Skills has many valuable components we will be focusing on the assessment component.
Generating a Reports • The assessment report can combine the Caregivers results with the Youth’s results. • The Caregiver could be any stakeholder that knows the youth: • Teacher • Parent (guardian) • Foster parent
After the Assessment: • You have the option to: • Print a hard copy • Save it to your hard drive • Send it as an email to: parents, teacher, or other stakeholders etc..
After the Report is finished..... • You can use the information / data to incorporate into the IEP (page B) • Information Sources – Casey Life Skills Assessment • Results- Raw and Mastery scores performance questions and additional questions if added by the teacher.

How can I use the ACLSA Score Report? • The scores and responses in the report reflect a youth's strengths as well as areas for growth. This information can be very useful in goal planning and in starting discussions about life skills strengths and concerns. • The Life Skills Guidebook (free) can be used with the Report to create a customized life skills teaching plan. • Ready, Set, Fly! (free) offers creative life skills activities to help youth reach their life skills goals and covers the same domains as the Assessment.
