Supplier Diversity • As BT seeks out more leading edge, diverse solutions to meet the new markets it is entering, we must look to diversity in suppliers who can contribute towards this objective by generating a diverse range of ideas and solutions. • Merit is key • Our customers are also interested in how diversity is managed and the diversity BT brings.
Diversity Questions • Today we do not know enough about the diversity in our supply base to judge whether we are making best use of the opportunities that diversity can offer. • The challenge for this year is to improve our knowledge of our supply base and ensure we continue to capture this information in future. • We need your help
