  7. Main Goals of NARCE • To promote the appreciation and enjoyment of roller coasters • To identify standing-but-not-operating (SBNO) coasters • To work with parks to preserve and renovate aging coasters

  8. Duties of the Secretary • Record and maintain minutes of all meetings • Distribute minutes to members of Executive Committee • Perform other duties assigned by president

  9. Duties of the Membership Director • Increase membership • Communicate regularly with members • Maintain good relationships with members • Perform other duties related to membership in NARCE

  10. Duties of the Preservation Director • Maintain list of all coasters removed from parks • Maintain detailed record of coaster relocation sites and dates • Maintain list of parks interested in purchasing operable older coasters • Educate public on preservation of older coasters
