UID Program Plans • What Did We Learn? • Some clarifications & simplification in template verbiage/requirements were needed • What do we need to know to help PMs? • Provide Workshops – 4 will be scheduled for CY2005 • Pre-work for PM workshops: - Generic KPP’s (legacy and new) - Refined milestone criteria - Business rules for virtual UII - Business rules for legacy items • More Time • Recommendation • ACAT 1D Program Plans June 2005 • All other ACAT Plans January 2006 • Next Steps • Review Pilot Plans – Refine based on results • CH-47/F-18 Draft received – under review
