  5. UID Program Managers Workshop • Welcome! Philadelphia is pleased to host the two day OSD lead forum on UID . • This meeting has representatives from OSD, FCS, PM UA, LSI & One Team Partners and other Army ACAT 1D programs. • Objective: To learn and share UID implementation strategies.
