  2. TODAY WE ADD: Loyalty Enthusiasm

  3. Loyalty • Being faithful to the organization to which you belong • Never letting others put down your organization • Other know they can trust you to do what is in the best interests of your organization

  4. Examples of Loyalty • The cadet who is at class every day on time and who proudly wears her uniform each time she is supposed to • A cadet who defends the Corps against other students who say it is stupid to belong to cadets • Cadets who speak proudly to others about what the Cadet Corps has done to help them be better people

  5. Enthusiasm • Being excited about your job even when it is not very exciting • Showing others that you enjoy being in charge • Motivating others by your excitement so they, too, get excited

  6. Examples of Enthusiasm • Your squad needs to move heavy benches. You make a game out of moving them so people have fun while they work hard. • Your unit is tired from a long hike but now they need to police the area. As the leader, you show tons of energy to police the area and make it seem like you are happy to do it.
