OUR SERVICES Continuing Care Retirement Community Memory Nursing Assisted Living Independent Living Care Home Assisted Living - Assisted living facilities include a set of long term care services which is a combination of housing, health or medical care services and personal or non-medical services. It is designed for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily life (ADLs) in a manner that promotes maximum independence. It varies according to size and services and mainly includes 24 hours supervision and security. Additionally, there is assistance from dietician, housekeeping and activities regarding health, religion or social service. Regular monitoring and medication management is also ensured. Independent Living - Independent living facilities offer seniors with the option to live independently involving physical, intellectual and social activities. These residents do not require hand on assistance with Activities of Daily Life (ADLs). This is a very active lifestyle and involves multiple cultural or entertaining activities with the community. This is a life filled with amenities like chef prepared meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utility management or scheduled transportation.

4. Memory Care– Memory Care includes facilities with 24 hours supervision for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other memory problems. Symptoms vary among individuals for which there are various facilities. Memory care residence includes individuals providing skilled care, security and provision. Along with 24 hours supervision, trained staff caters to specific demands of memory patients. Nursing Home– Nursing home is designed for residents with serious physical or mental health conditions. They require 24 hours long supervision and skilled care. Nursing home consists of facilities with access to medical services, rehabilitation services, medically related social services, assistance with ADLs, prepared meals. Additionally, there is assurance of medication and housekeeping along with transportation facilities. Continuing Care Retirement Community– CCRC is a combination of multiple facilities of senior living types in a single community. This provides residents with the option to move from one senior living type to another whenever they require a different facility.
