  3. Introductions Board of Directors (BOD) Brian Corey - Director Jeff Luther – Director Jack Maclachlan – Treasurer Lynelle Morgan – Director (ending 2014) TBD – Director We have two vacancies to fill on the board this year!

  4. 2013 Year in Review • Renewed contracts for lawn maintenance and cul-de-sacs • Held Easter Egg Hunt, Block Party, Neighborhood Garage Sale, & Halloween Party • Reviewed / Approved Architectual improvement requests

  5. 2014 Goals & Objectives • Operate in “Maintenance mode” • Continue by-law enforcement • Annual events: • Block garage sale – May 9th/10th , 9-3pm • Block party – September TBD, 2-5pm • Halloween pizza party - Oct. 31, 5:30-6pm • Other – as communicated from the Association at large
