  5. President’s Report • 2013 was year of rebuilding • Boards main goal was to replenish reserve account while maintaining the quality of the subdivision. • Conform to new requirements from Fannie Mae and Freddie mac • Insurance Coverage Adjustment Requirements • Reserves budget
