Secretariat Works * New Committee Members : Hiromasa Kaneko(JST) * MoU to be renewed after the grant(in September?) - APAN-JP&KR’s representatives will sign up MoU. * IP address/Prefix of APAN Authorized Institutions 　will be collected with the help of NOC. * APII projectswill be proposed based on the project relations between TransPAC and APII. * Regular works( WWW, Monthly Report, Meetings, Guests) have been done.

  3. Project Relations APII projects name : Applicant RSVP : dykim (KR) Performance Measurement : kita (JP) Multicast : chon (KR) Cache : nabe (JP) ATM Interoperability : shimojo (JP) Telemedicine : hmizushi (JP) Virtual Reality : ananda (SG) IPv6 : kato (JP) Television : yhchoi (KR)

Project Relations(cont’d) * Applicant should send the draft to apan-sec@apan.net by July 11(Sat.) * Mr. Isobe will check the format & institutions. * The secretariat will ask the revision to the applicant, if required. * The secretariat will submit the applications to Allocation WG by July 27(Mon). * JST will translate the applications into Japanese, and send them to the link owners, following Mr. Isobe’s advice.
