How did world war 2 start? • In 1939 Hitler was having a private discussion. Hitler described Britain a enemy to be defeated. Then Hitler began a military build-up on Germany western border.
Winston churchiil • Winston Churchill was born in 1874. He lived in a house called Chartwell. He was a type of man that would never give in. Also he was the prime minister of the uk. In addition to that Winston Churchill was a very clever man!
What was the blitz? • In 1940 people started bombing cities such as Birmingham, Hull, Glasgow, Manchester, Shefield, Coventry and Liverpool.
What did people eat during the war? • The food that people ate during the war wasn’t very nice. Also there wasn't a lot to choose from. But there was pure dried whole eggs, whale meat, casserole and oranges.
