  1. “PROYECTO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN PARA LA GESTIÓN PÚBLICA”. Alumno: Luis Vásquez Paredes

  2. Problema: • Limitada vinculación y participación entre el IAEN con la comunidad universitaria, para agilitar los procesos en el marco del sistema enseñanza aprendizaje.

  3. Justificación: • Dada la serie de inconvenientes y demoras en la gestión administrativa del IAEN, ha generado un estancamiento en la gestión con los alumnos de la diferentes Maestrías, generando la percepción de que existe un alto grado de burocratización en este sector.

  4. Objetivo: • Crear un vinculo de participación permanente y ágil entre el IAEN (Academia) con la comunidad Universitaria, para agilitar los procesos dentro del sistema enseñanza aprendizaje a través del eficiente empleo de la TIC´s.

  5. Estrategias: • Empleo efectivo de las TIC´S • Socialización del empleo del sistema con la Comunidad Académica. • Uso eficiente de Software para la implementación del sistema. • Apoyo permanente para la implementación por parte del IAEN.
