The saddleback dolphin lives in the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean from southern Canada to northern South America.
The saddleback dolphin eats squid and different kinds of fish.
This animal’s best defense is in number. They travel in groups and will gang up on predators. It will also ram into its enemies.
Sometimes saddleback dolphins may lose their way and end up in the rivers that feed into the ocean. • This animal also has many other names. For example: hourglass dolphin, common dolphin and white-bellied porpoise.
