FDEM EM Constellation Phase 5 Project Dashboard – SitRep • Dashboard View is based on information collected from EEI • Display will focus on county level statuses: • Counties at a Level I Activation • Counties with a specific local activation level • Counties under a local state of emergency • Counties that have issued a mandatory evacuation order • Counties that have issued a voluntary evacuation order • Status of County Offices (open or closed) • Status of County Schools (open or closed) • Dashboard View will reflect the color coding scheme presented in EEI (Red = Closed or State of Emergency = Yes, Activation Levels IV and III = Green, Activation Level II = Yellow, Activation Level I = Red) • Dashboard View will be in a tabular / bar chart format • Dashboard View will have a link to the County’s actual SitRep • Dashboard View will have a link to GATOR

34. FDEM EM Constellation Phase 5 Project SRMN Integration (Mission “Orders”) • SRMN Integration (Mission “Orders” and Status Updates) • Logistics has been presented with a Kind Reference table which (when approved) will be the basis for Mission Order selection in EMC

FDEM EM Constellation Phase 5 Project SRMN Integration (Mission “Orders”) • SRMN Integration (Mission “Orders” and Status Updates) • The effort to link new screens to SRMN Kind Reference functions was delayed, and began on Monday of this week. In testing, the changes affected several Mission functions, including Supporting Missions, and these effects are being addressed by the EV Development Team • A recent request to save off multiple item orders as “templates” that can be recalled by name from within a “Packages/Kits” folder will result in significant code modifications (as Missions currently are not oriented for this type of ordering). Code changes to create this functionality are being made, and will be available soon

Messages • Supporting Missions and Supporting Information Messages • Based on request to place Mission/Info Message “Following” selection button on primary screens. • Selecting this option will allow a Mission or Info Message to be created that is associated with (in support of) a Primary Mission or Info Message

Messages • Supporting Missions and Supporting Information Messages • This function was affected by the changes in Kind/Reference Selections made by the SRMN Integration effort • Testing identified the need to alter how supporting missions are reflected in SRMN screens (will involve additional field creation) and how Updates are provided back to EMC (will involve a new column to be added to EMC) • These efforts are in progress and will be completed soon

Message “Ribbon” • Mission and Information Message “Ribbon” • The Ribbon is a filtering function that will allow for easier searching to be completed within Mission and Info Message windows. • The Ribbon was affected by recent Mission Following testing efforts (which were affected by SRMN integration efforts) • The Ribbon will soon be in a final Testing Mode and will be delivered soon

FDEM EM Constellation Phase 5 Project EEI Enhancements • EEI Enhancements • A recent request to add the Status of Boiled Water Notices has uncovered problems within the existing code set with respect to status additions • The more appropriate location for status changes is in “Content Management”, and Emergency Visions is re-architecting this feature so that EEI can be modified easily at any time by an Administrator • This effort will be completed and available for testing soon

FDEM EM Constellation Phase 5 Project Next Steps • Make changes to software based on feedback from this Training Session (if applicable) • User Acceptance Testing on available functions (code on FDEM Servers) • Emergency Visions will move completed code from other functions to the FDEM Server when complete • Additional Training Sessions: • Via Webcast • Dates TBD by EMC Phase 5 Stakeholders’ Committee • Delivery on Flash-based End User Training Materials • New Functionality Review • End-to-End Training on all aspects of the Software (new employee)
