  12. Constitutes public trust • Legally binds parties for complying with all terms and conditions of grant – READ ! Call EPA if you have questions! • Requires efficient and effective way of managing the project to completion What does it mean to sign an award document?

  13. How long will I have to complete my project? • As specified in the Funding Announcement and /or Negotiated with EPA Project Officer • Grant agreement states length of approved project/budget period
